This past year has been a testament to resilience, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of growth. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated milestones, and fostered groundbreaking ideas that continue to shape the future.

Praachi joined the team in December as Chief of Staff at Augment. She brings a strong background in entrepreneurship and consulting.

Praachi began her career in Marketing and Advertising at Dentsu Singapore and later went on to become an entrepreneur in the education consulting space. She has a rich experience of managing teams, developing client relationships and forging partnerships as an entrepreneur for over 3 years.

Praachi holds a bachelor’s in economics from Nagoya University, Japan and New York University; and a Masters in Technopreneurship and Innovation from NTU Singapore.

To get to know her better, here’s a Q&A:

What drew you to early-stage venture? What truly drew me to early-stage venture is the unique opportunity it presents to be part of the entrepreneurial journey at its most critical and exciting phase. The chance to work with visionary founders and to contribute to shaping foundational industries and technologies at the ground level is incredibly motivating. At Augment, along with the exceptionally talented and experienced team, I look forward to leveraging my experience and insights to identify and support promising ventures that have the potential to make a significant impact in their respective fields.

Having lived in many countries, which is one of your favorites? Among the countries I’ve lived in, Singapore stands out as a favorite. My time there was more than just academic; it was where I started my professional journey. Singapore’s safe, vibrant atmosphere and its blend of modernity and tradition made it an enriching experience. While India is always home, Singapore holds a special place in my heart. I also have fond memories of Japan and the USA, and I’d love to return to Japan to experience the beautiful cherry blossoms in spring.

Favorite hobbies? I enjoy a variety of hobbies, including watching movies, cooking, and baking, particularly experimenting with cakes and unique icing techniques. I’m also passionate about dancing and yoga, often leading sessions for friends and family.

Optilogic Announces Partnership with Mexico’s Top Poultry Provider
OptiLogic announced a strategic partnership with Bachoco (IBA:US), a top poultry producer in Mexico. Doing so will transform Bachoco’s supply chain, thereby reducing costs and optimizing operations in an increasingly challenging logistical environment. For more on the announcement click here.
