Danielle Durante
Director of Operations
Danielle is the Director of Operations at Augment Ventures, where she works across investment, portfolio, and firm-level initiatives. Prior to joining Augment, she served as a Director at Graham Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she led commercial value creation initiatives across 16 portfolio companies spanning consumer, industrial technology, and life sciences. Her work focused on helping management teams translate investment theses into measurable growth, with particular expertise in go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, demand generation, and commercial execution.
She is also the founder of FactBase, a commercial diligence service built to help investment and value creation teams evaluate sales and marketing performance, identify execution risks, and assess growth opportunities. During her MBA, she was a Venture Fellow at Augment Ventures.
Danielle holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
